Figuring out what training you need can be a back burner priority. You know it’s important but finding the time can feel challenging. We use a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize what training is needed. This process can be in-depth or very simple depending on your needs. We engage critical stakeholders to identify what training is needed, wanted and possible. Other data points can include critical incident reviews and organizational KPI’s and performance gaps.
