You know things need to change but the path forward is unclear.
Your frontline staff works hard and still, some results seem out of reach. You’re having difficulty moving the needle on performance metrics in service delivery, safety, staff retention, workplace culture and the employee experience. It’s all impacting the bottom line. You have an open door policy but you’re not hearing much from your team. You might be thinking….
We can’t afford to lose our best people. How can we keep them?
Turnover is costing us on so many levels. We can’t keep going like this.
We’re not hearing anything so everything must be ok. People know they can speak up.
Staff are looking exhausted and absenteeism is creeping up. What can we do?
How are we going to adapt to so much change and uncertainty in our industry?
Everyone is talking about improving workplace mental health but no one tells you how.
Resilient staff build resilient organizations that can thrive through and bounce back from challenges. Organizational resilience is built upon what frontline staff do AND what the organization does. The responsibility of workplace resilience has to be shared between the frontline and your organization.
What if everything stays the same?
If your organization and team aren’t clear about what builds workplace resilience, you’ll continue to struggle in achieving the results you want. You’ll continue dealing with:
absences, turnover and brain drain
psychological injuries (burnout, trauma etc)
confusion about workplace mental health
wasting time and money on ineffective strategies
You shouldn’t have to waste time and money guessing how to build resilience when there’s already a plan. Our resilience training process is designed for organizations serious about fostering lasting resilience in their teams and creating stronger, more adaptable organizations.

She believes it’s time to shift the resilience conversation from “what’s wrong with you” to “what’s happened to you,” promoting workplaces grounded in curiosity, kindness, and compassion.

Module Topics
Module 1: What Builds Resilience?
We begin asking what resilience is and how we can build it. We acknowledge our past resilience so we can build on it. We examine core concepts including resilience principles from our Resilience Pathways©. We begin the process of resilience mapping at work. Participants engage in practicing basic resilience skills.
Module 2: What impacts resilience?
Clarifying how adversity impacts professional resilience increases kindness and compassion for ourselves and others. We examine the sources of adversity at work and how it impacts productivity through psychological injury (ie; burnout, trauma) and many other mental and physical health impacts. We begin to uncover the tremendous value of psychological safety in the workplace and how it contributes to building organizational resilience and improving the bottom line.
Module 3: How Does Stress Impact Resilience?
We need a basic understanding of our stress response to be able to learn how to turn it off; something we need to do frequently to keep productivity, problem-solving and creativity flowing. The core exercise here is about mapping our stress response. Awareness is the first step in gaining control in the ever increasing complexity and ambiguity of the workplace.
Module 4: What Are Resilience Pathways and Skillsets?
Here we revisit the Resilience Pathways® model and continue resilience mapping. We start to add resilience practices & skillsets to build resilience from the model. This module provides actual practice time in session and between sessions. The drop-in sessions are especially important for practice time between sessions.
Module 5: How Can Organizations Support Resilience?
What is a basic plan of action organizations follow to build staff and organizational resilience? This is what makes the investment in resilience strategy and training result in tangible ROI.
Module 6: How to Build Resilience Skills?
The sessions in this module are dedicated to practicing foundational resilience skillsets. This section of the training can be expanded for additional practice sessions based on organizational needs for an additional fee.
